By booking services with 5ive Star Cuisine, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a seamless, professional, and high-quality catering experience.

Securing Your Event Date​

​

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. All remaining balances are due no later than five (5) days prior to your scheduled event.

Event Details​

To ensure the best experience, we ask that all event details—including guest count, location, and service needs—are confirmed prior to the final payment deadline. We will always do our best to accommodate adjustments when possible.

Our Commitment to You

We will deliver all services as outlined in your proposal with the highest level of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. In rare cases, minor adjustments may be made to maintain quality and availability.
 

Weather Policy

​

We proudly service events rain or shine and will arrive prepared to execute your event as planned. If you choose to reschedule due to weather, we are happy to work with you to secure the next available date.

Insurance & Professional Standards

5ive Star Cuisine is fully insured and operates with a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellence in every service we provide.

Food Safety

​

All food is prepared and handled in accordance with proper safety standards. Once food has been delivered or service has concluded, we are not responsible for handling or storage thereafter.

Cancellations

​

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer rescheduling options based on availability whenever possible.

Agreement

​

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above, as well as those included in your service agreement and invoice.
